The Kensington 6 is a rehabilitation of 2 vacant lots on a busy street in transition from an industrial character to a mixed-use residential character. The façade design reflects the industrial character desired by the neighborhood on a street frontage solely occupied by a car parts/scrapyard. The residential character of the project is defined by generous 2-bedroom units including a bi-level unit on the ground floor that explores a sunken backyard area to allow additional light into the below grade living area, and a 3rd floor unit that includes a private roof deck.

 Living City has provided complete design services for this project beginning with preliminary design prior to representation before the Zoning Board of Adjustment. The building was permitted for construction in September of 2020.
